Fight Club Laws

The laws in the game are absolute, are not subject to discussion and must be followed unconditionally. Their implementation is monitored by the administration and paladins, who are the guardians of the law. The administration and paladins can decide on the presence of a particular crime.

PROHIBITED:

  • Registration of several characters by one person.
  • Money and item pumping (MIP).
  • Registration through the referral system of dummy characters, only for the purpose of obtaining game values.
  • Pumping on other players for a reward or mutual pumping, deliberate loss / win of the battle.
  • Transferring passwords from the game character to third parties.
  • Communication in the general chat in a language other than Russian.
  • Using insults and foul language (including veiled obscenities), humiliation of honor and dignity, expressed in an indecent form: in the chat, on the forum, in the description of the application for a battle, in the questionnaire, in the character's nickname, in the comments to the gift.
  • Sexual harassment.
  • Deceiving players (extortion/blackmail, including fraud in trade, rental and credit transactions, failure to fulfill the terms of the transaction, theft of someone else's property).
  • Deceiving the administration or the paladin, giving false testimony/providing fabricated evidence.
  • Intentionally misleading government officials, refusing to provide the necessary information to government officials.
  • Registering a character with incorrect data (player's date of birth, player's gender).
  • Attempt to bribe the administration or paladin.
  • Using server software errors.
  • Using third-party software to gain a gaming advantage (using bots, clickers).
  • Distributing links to sites whose content causes computer malfunctions, as well as sites whose content is aimed at illegally obtaining passwords, as well as links to sites of competing projects.
  • Anti-advertising of the project.
  • Purchasing/selling (as well as attempts to do so) a character/credits/ecr/game services/game items for real money or other reward.
  • Attack on game Administrators.

  • Propaganda of drugs and advertising of resources containing such advertising.

  • Flood/spam in the chat/forum, including commercial advertising and advertising of services more often than once every 3 minutes.

  • Advertising a fight, an application for a fight, a tournament, etc. more often than once every 5 minutes.
  • Direct and indirect advertising of the clan and clan sites in the chat (except for the head and herald of the clan, with a frequency of no more than once every 30 minutes.) Advertising the Clan on the forum only in the Clans section.
  • Advertising porn sites, distributing links to websites whose content is not related to the EBC.
  • Propaganda of racism, nationalistic statements. Discussions on political topics.
  • Discrimination of any kind (race, religion, gender).
  • Beggarry.
  • Threats of violence and/or physical harm in real life.

Possible punishments for the actions described above:

  1. Silence spell.
  2. Depersonalization.
  3. Assignment of Chaos tendency.
  4. Imprisonment.
  5. Character blocking.

Punishments can be applied in combination and not immediately, but later at higher levels.

Ignorance of the laws does not exempt from liability. The code of laws can be supplemented and amended.
